Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
DIKSHI LEAFIN is committed to transparency and customer satisfaction in every funding engagement. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled in respect of funding applications, processing fees, and any digital payments made to us through our website/app.
2. Cancellation Policy
- A funding/loan application may be cancelled by the applicant at any stage before disbursement, by submitting a written request via email to our team.
- Once funds have been disbursed to the applicant's designated bank account, the application cannot be cancelled. The arrangement will then be governed by the terms of the signed funding agreement/term sheet, including any applicable foreclosure or prepayment terms.
- The Company reserves the right to decline a cancellation request where disbursement has already been initiated with our lending/investor partner (bank, NBFC, HNI investor, or other capital source).
- We do not charge any cancellation fee for applications withdrawn before disbursement.
3. Refund Policy (Fees & Excess Payments)
- If an amount is debited from the applicant's bank account/card despite a failed transaction, the responsibility to reverse such an amount lies with the applicant's bank/card/payment provider.
- If an applicant makes a payment towards processing fees or any other charges more than once, or pays an amount in excess of what is due, DIKSHI LEAFIN reserves the right to adjust such excess amount against any other dues payable by the applicant, or refund it as set out below.
- Where DIKSHI LEAFIN determines that a refund is due, the refund will be processed through electronic mode (to the original payment source) within 1 month of the claim being accepted.
- To request a refund, the applicant must send a written application/email to us along with the transaction reference number and original payment receipt (if generated).
- Refund claims must be raised within 7 days of the date of payment.
- All refunds are subject to verification by our team and are processed in accordance with this policy and our internal compliance checks.
4. Non-Refundable / Non-Liability Cases
DIKSHI LEAFIN assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability for failure to process any payment instruction or refund where such failure arises due to:
- Incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or delayed payment/banking instructions provided by the applicant.
- Insufficient funds/limits in the applicant's payment account.
- Funds in the applicant's account being under encumbrance or charge.
- The applicant's bank refusing or delaying to honour the payment instruction.
- Circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (e.g., fire, flood, natural disasters, bank/system strikes, power failure, network or system breakdowns, or interference by an outside force).
Refunds will also not apply where:
- The funding has already been disbursed and utilized by the applicant.
- The cancellation request is made after disbursement has been initiated with our lending/investor partner.
- Incorrect or false information was provided by the applicant at the time of application.
- There has been a violation of DIKSHI LEAFIN's Terms & Conditions.
In all cases of a failed or declined payment, the applicant will be intimated via email.
DIKSHI LEAFIN may, at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason, suspend or terminate the use of its online payment services through any payment gateway service provider.
